How Photo Style handles account information and photo transformation requests
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Style handles information when you use our AI photo style changer at photo-style.app. It applies to visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Photo Style is an online tool that lets you upload a photo, choose a curated style, and request an AI-generated transformation.
Information We Collect
We collect only information reasonably needed to operate and secure the service:
- Account information: Your name, email address, authentication details, and account status.
- Subscription and usage information: Your plan, payment status, subscription period, and transformations used. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Photo request information: The photo you upload, the selected style, and technical information needed to process that request.
- Technical information: Browser, device, IP address, request time, and basic diagnostic or security logs when needed to operate and protect the service.
- Support information: Information you choose to include when contacting us or reporting a safety or copyright concern.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Process the photo transformation you request;
- Create and secure your account;
- Apply free and Pro transformation limits and manage subscriptions;
- Process payments, billing questions, refunds, and cancellation requests;
- Prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Service and AIGC rules;
- Provide support and respond to reports; and
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability.
Photos and AI Processing
Photo Style does not keep source photos, generated results, or a photo history in your account after a transformation request is completed. Your browser may temporarily keep an upload preview, selected preset, and unfinished request in local session storage so the workflow can be restored.
To complete a request, the uploaded photo and selected style are transmitted to the AI image-generation provider used by the service. That provider may process the request under its own terms and retention practices. We do not use your source photos or generated results to train our own AI models.
Photo Style currently sends image-transformation requests through the APINEED API to Google Gemini 3.1 Flash Image Preview (model ID: gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview-token). The provider and model may change as the service evolves; any material change will be reflected in this notice and in the model disclosure shown in the generator.
We may retain limited technical records, usage records, and support correspondence where reasonably necessary for security, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. We do not promise a specific retention period for information controlled by third-party providers.
Service Providers and Sharing
We may share information with providers that help us provide authentication, hosting, database, storage, email, payment processing, security, and AI image generation. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements. We do not sell personal information.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, or to ask questions about our processing. Contact support@photo-style.app or use our contact form.
We may need to verify your request. Some information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, billing, or dispute resolution.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Photo Style is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information or content through the service, contact us so we can review it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
